What Countproo processes to run your account, your workspace and your subscription.

Who is responsible

Sandesh Jadhav, trading as Countproo, operates this service. For privacy questions, corrections or deletion requests, contact support@countproo.com.

Information we process

• Account information: your email, account identifier, verification status, profile details and authentication records.
• Business information: business settings, staff invitations and permissions, customer contact details, orders, invoices, expenses, payments and other records you choose to enter.
• Subscription information: your plan, billing period, subscription and payment references, payment status, refund status and paid-through date.
• Technical information: security and service logs, browser or device information processed by our hosting, authentication and abuse-prevention services, and local preferences such as theme or date display.
• Support information: messages and relevant attachments you send when asking for help.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, maintain your workspace, apply staff permissions, record subscription status, provide support, prevent misuse and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Enter only customer or staff information you are authorised to use and provide them with any notices or permissions your business needs.

Service providers and sharing

Countproo uses Google Firebase for authentication and cloud records, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise and App Check for abuse prevention, and Razorpay for subscription payments. The website also uses WordPress and its hosting services, including WordPress.com/Jetpack resources and usage statistics, and Gravatar resources. Loading these resources can share network and browser information with their providers. Providers may process relevant information outside your region, under their own terms and privacy policies.

Razorpay and your bank or payment provider handle card, bank and UPI payment details during checkout. Countproo receives payment references and status, not your payment OTP, UPI PIN or full card details.

Workspace information is available to the business owner and enabled staff according to their permissions. Authorised support or administrators may access relevant records when needed to operate the service, investigate a problem or comply with a legal requirement.

Provider policies: Google, Razorpay and Automattic (WordPress.com, Jetpack and Gravatar).

Cookies and browser storage

The website and app use browser storage or cookies for sign-in sessions, security checks and preferences. Payment and security providers may also use their own cookies or similar storage. You can clear or restrict these in your browser; doing so may sign you out or prevent parts of the service from working.

Retention and account requests

Business records are retained while your account is in use. Cancelling a subscription or reaching the end of a paid period does not delete the account or its records. Payment and security records may need to be retained to address disputes or applicable legal obligations.

You can update available profile details in the app or contact support to request access, correction, account closure or deletion. We will verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained. Staff should contact the relevant business owner about records owned by that business.

Security and updates

We use authenticated access, workspace permissions and server checks to protect records. Keep your password and MPIN private and invite each staff member with their own login. No online service can guarantee protection from every risk.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated date will appear here. Contact us if you have a concern about how information is handled.
